Simon graduated from Oxford University, where he studied Classics. After qualifying as a solicitor, he worked for a West End firm in the private client department before spending a decade working for the Government Legal Service, handling a wide range of personal injury and clinical negligence claims involving the MOD and HM Prisons. He began working withADL in 2014 where he continues to deal with medical negligence and private client work.
