Gerardo is a Solicitor and Italian Avvocato, and a founding partner of ADL Solicitors (2011). He obtained his first Law Degree and qualification as Avvocato in Italy, before moving to London in 2000 and re-qualifying as an English solicitor. He has extensive experience in corporate work and contract negotiation, setting up businesses and advising clients on international acquisitions, particularly between England and Italy. He represents a number of companies in the fashion, finance and restaurant industries, together with some high-net-worth private clients.
