We advise and represent clients in disputes with a range of professional bodies and individuals (e.g. solicitors, architects, financial advisors, valuers, surveyors and accountants) where there is reason to suspect that the client has received a sub-standard service -whether as a result of a breach of contract or a breach of the professional’s duty of care- resulting in financial loss.

For each element of the duty (the breach, the loss and the extent of the professional’s responsibility for that loss) we scrutinise the evidence thoroughly, to obtain the most complete picture of the case and ensure that the litigation/negotiation strategy best promotes our clients’ interests.
