Medical Negligence

We can offer help and assistance in making claims for compensation against both professionals and institutions, including hospitals, nurses, doctors, GPs or dentists, or any other medicine-related profession (such as physiotherapy or podiatry), in relation to such matters as delays in diagnosis, mistreatment or death, whether within the NHS or privately.

We will conduct an initial investigation into the standard of treatment received and obtain all relevant medical records – both hospital and GP – to ascertain whether negligence is indicated. Where appropriate, the records will then go to a field expert for the compiling of a formal report, suitable for use in court to commence proceedings for negligence.
